Founded in 1992 by a determined 21-year-old entrepreneur, Dan Precourt, Colour Scheme Professional Painters was built on more than paint—it was built on a vision. Dan believed every project should reflect quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and unwavering integrity, and for over 32 years, he turned that belief into reality. His commitment established Colour Scheme as Winnipeg's most trusted name in residential and commercial painting.

In spring 2024, the next chapter began. Dan proudly passed the brush to Damien Brodal, a passionate professional with nearly two decades of construction experience. Damien's love for design started in Australia, where childhood fascination with blueprints grew into a career spanning journeyman roles, project management, and large-scale builds across Canada. After making Winnipeg his home, he pursued his passion further, working as an apprentice in the mechanical trades while flipping houses on the side. His dedication and expertise led him to roles as a journeyman, foreman, superintendent, mechanical designer, and, eventually, a project manager overseeing large-scale projects across multiple provinces.

Today, Damien is dedicated to honoring Colour Scheme's legacy while pushing it forward. With his eye for detail and passion for both construction and decorating, he's ready to elevate the company to new heights while still upholding its original core values of quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and integrity.
