With a passion for all things construction—and a special love for painting—Damien brings over 18 years of hands-on experience in the trades. As the president and driving force behind Colour Scheme Professional Painters, he's seen it all, and his team has painted just about everything.
When you book an estimate, Damien is the one you'll meet. His vision? To bring colour, craftsmanship, and lasting quality to every home and business in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas.
Julia Brodal - Finance Manager
Julia began her career in education before spending a decade dedicated to raising her family. Her growing passion for finance naturally led her to take on a leadership role within the company, where she now oversees all financial operations. Pam is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in customer service. She began her career in education, tending to the most demanding (and adorable) customers—children—before moving into school administration, where she successfully managed the front office of a busy middle school.
Today, Pam leads the Customer Success team at Colour Scheme with warmth, professionalism, and a true passion for people. With over 30 years of painting experience and a lifetime spent with either a paintbrush or a hammer in hand, Igor is a true master of the trade. As the longest-standing team member at Colour Scheme Professional Painters, he brings unmatched knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership to every project. Igor oversees all of our field staff, ensuring each job runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and finishes on budget.
